@obama, @google, @hulu is this the future of the net? News Corp has laid down the gauntlet and thrust a dagger into the heart of Net Neutrality! According to the story at Gizmodo News Corp is banning all Cable Vision customers from viewing Fox shows on Hulu.
It is critical action is taken on this. Net Neutrality is free speech! While this issue doesn’t effect me today it does set a horrible precedent that will certainly impact me and all of us in the future.
If American Society is to continue to flourish, and e-commerce / e-business continue to prosper tomorrow the pipes that push the enormous amount of data we all consume must remain as free as the highways we use to move ourselves and our commerce today.
I call on President Obama to intervene on behalf of Net Neutrality and force News Corp to halt this action at once.
